Privacy on this site

One first-party cookie

When you visit, this site sets a single cookie called consumer_vid. It holds a random id for your browser, lasts one year, and is only sent to this site. It is not shared with ad networks and it does not identify you by name.

What we record

As you browse we note which homes you look at and for how long, photos you flip through, when you move the map, homes you save, the filters you search with, and when you request a tour or ask a question. Each note carries only facts about the home: price, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, town and an approximate location.

We never record your name, email, phone number or anything you type into a message through this tracking. Those details are only sent when you choose to contact us, and only to Your Brokerage Name.

How it is used

Your activity builds a simple taste profile: the price range, size, home types and towns you keep coming back to. It powers the “You might like” row and helps Your Brokerage Name understand what you are looking for if you register or get in touch. Homes are suggested only by price, size, type, distance from the homes you have viewed, how new the listing is, and what you have saved. Nothing about neighborhoods’ residents is ever used.

Your choices

Clearing this site’s cookies in your browser starts you fresh with a new id. Activity older than 90 days no longer counts toward your profile. To ask about the data tied to your account, email you@example.com.
